Malissa Corrie is a Clinical Nutritionist and has a degree in Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) She has also been trained as a Blood Microscopist in the USA at the ‘The pH Miracle Centre in California by Dr Robert Young. She also spends a lot of time increasing her knowledge with up to date research through Clinical Evidence and seminars. Malissa helps people achieve their optimum health goals through the balance of three areas: Thoughts, Food, and Lifestyle. The key is to understand YOUR body and how it works so that you can take responsibility for your own health.
Health is about what we feed ourselves based on the quality of our nutrition and Lifestyle choices. Following the basic principles of nutrition that certain foods give us energy and others take away energy, her vitality programmes focus on easy ways to practice good health. Being healthy is about vibrancy, energy, and fitness in our daily lives. Malissa believes that when you have all three your body will adjust to what is “perfect” for YOU. Like food and liquids, her research is showing that thoughts and emotions profoundly nourish us or deplete us at a cellular level. Based on the premise that we are all unique and have individual mindsets, blanket diets are not successful because they do not incorporate where one lives emotionally. If people experience negative thought patterns and emotions daily that take away energy, universal diets will not produce the desired or lasting results.
