You may have heard of the saying that "we are what we eat" Well there is no time better than the present that this applies.

Packaged foods full of additives and preservatives, chemicals to prolong its 'freshness' longer or flavour enhancers that give bland foods taste all are unnatural to the body and in most cases will cause toxicity and imbalance and in some cases degeneration of the cells and the body.

Understanding how food nourishes and feeds each part of the body, and what YOUR body needs to remain or get healthy is vital for your overall well-being.

Even if you think that you have a healthy diet and you do most thinks right, our health can still have some ups and downs. Genetics and or environment can bring on a health challenge if you do not understand how YOUR body works. We are all different and what works for one person may not work for you.
